Seifuku

The sailor outfit (セーラー服, ) is a common style of uniform worn by female middle school and high school students, and occasionally, elementary school students.

It’s common for girls to roll their skirts up, as they think it looks cuter (which it does IMO)
At normal length it looks ..very unflattering.. makes legs look very short D:

I wish our school uniform had been half as good as those. Rather than having a twice as long a skirt as that.

It does look good for high school uniforms that I believe is there to make people look bad.

Are these real uniforms? i’m trying to write a novel about a girl in Japan who attends middle and then high school. So if anyone could suggest a site for more pics to help me with the uniform, I’d be glad.
